Sudaman is a full stack data expert who has more than two decades of hands-on expertise in designing a leading data and analytics strategy for various regional and global businesses, which also includes building a 20M EUR Data and Analytics office for Allianz.
Along with a master’s degree in computer science, he also holds a business administration degree from IIMB and a Business Analytics and Intelligence certification from IIMB. Currently pursuing his PhD at Vlerick Business School and along with that co-authoring a book to be published before the end of 2022.
Having won multiple awards at a global level in the field of Data and Analytics Innovation and being a recognized industry leader he has been invited as a keynote speaker at multiple events and has been asked to share his experience through industries leading publications.

In his free time, Sudaman loves to play tennis or tries to learn some data-driven culture from his 3 year old son.

Jan’s PhD in computational chemistry gives him a sophisticated grasp on the most technical aspects of data and analytics. He is an avid enthusiast in anything Graph, and has successfully implemented an award winning product and customer golden profile using Graph at Allianz which dramatically improved customer experience, customer insights and fraud detection. He has designed and implemented the school of expertise within the data office. He additionally has over 20 years computer science management experience in both infrastructure and software development.
Jan interestingly and innovatively uses his knowledge of chemistry by creating and trying out various experimental ice-cream recipes in the purview of his home kitchen. He is a multi-instrumentalist and keen on taking non-conventional shots with any sort of camera.
